Sited on a south-facing, rocky outcrop overlooking Fulford Harbour this passive solar vacation home of wood, glass and steel encloses an intimate central courtyard via sliding glass walls. This exterior space is the culmination of a series of walled courts that step down through the irregular landscape providing a variety of cultivated gardens and reflecting pools providing privacy and sound occlusion from an adjacent lane, dancing light on walls and plantings and a lush backdrop to the expansive views of the harbour and Mt. Tuam.
